What is Élevé Aesthetics & Wellness?
Élevé Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa at 320 Greenview Drive, Suite 102, in Temple, Texas. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Xeomin and Daxxify injections, lip filler, dermaplaning, microneedling and vitamin injections. It also offers IV therapy, medical weight loss and peptide therapy. Weight loss starts with a consultation, and if you go ahead it includes a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner who works under a medical director. The clinic does not name either of them. It is open Monday and Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 4 PM to 7 PM. Google lists it as a medical spa, rated 5 from 12 reviews.
What does it cost?
The consultation fee is $50, and it is non-refundable. It goes toward your service or a Good Faith Exam if you move forward. The new patient consultation also lists a $45.00 deposit. The weight loss consultation starts at $50 for 30 minutes. The clinic does not publish a price for weight loss medication or a monthly program, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. The monthly check-in is listed at $0 for 15 minutes.
Other prices start at $35 for vitamin injections, $100 for IV therapy, $325 for a single microneedling treatment and $400 for masseter tox. Xeomin is $10 per unit and Daxxify is $12 per unit, each with a 20 unit minimum. Peptide therapy has no published price. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and the clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 20% of the service fee.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and ask for the medical director's name, since neither is given. Ask whether the weight loss medication is a brand name or compounded, what it costs each month, and whether the monthly check-in is separate. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask which per unit price applies to Daxxify, because the service title says $12 and the description says $10. Ask for the price of peptide therapy and which peptides are used.
The clinic describes the consultation as being for evaluation and education, and it does not guarantee medical approval or a prescription. Before you pay, ask what you would be charged if you decide not to move forward after the visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic injectables, IV therapy or a medical weight loss consultation, and you are comfortable asking who prescribes before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price for weight loss medication or peptide therapy before you book.
