About Sollie Health & Wellness

What is Sollie Health & Wellness?

Sollie Health & Wellness is a functional medicine and direct primary care practice at 4740 Spring Cypress Rd, Suite C, Spring, TX 77379, phone (346) 200-5880. Ruth Mburu, NP, NP-C is the only prescriber named, and she founded the practice after leaving corporate medicine. It serves patients from Spring, Houston, The Woodlands, Cypress, Tomball, Conroe, Katy, Humble, Kingwood and Klein.

Direct primary care and functional medicine are the core of the practice. Five services sit on top of that: medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide (Zepbound is named as a brand of tirzepatide), testosterone replacement by injection, gel or pellet, hormone care for perimenopause and menopause using bioidentical hormones, thyroid care built on a full thyroid panel rather than TSH alone, and a wellness and anti-aging line that lists NAD+, B12, glutathione and peptide therapies. Appointments run 45 to 60 minutes. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is closed Sunday and Monday. It holds a 4.9 rating from 89 Google reviews.

What does it cost?

Everything is cash pay. In its own words: "As a direct primary care practice, we offer transparent pricing without insurance billing."

The initial consultation is $169 and covers two visits: one for your health history and lab draw, and one for results and your treatment plan. Direct primary care membership starts at $99 a month and includes unlimited visits, same-week appointments and no copays. A $199 enrollment fee is waived through July 4, 2026. Monthly hormone management for women is listed at $149 a month, or $109 a month for members, with medication paid directly to your pharmacy. It is described as HSA eligible, and no financing is mentioned.

No monthly price is published for semaglutide or tirzepatide, and it does not say whether medication is included. It does not state cancellation terms for the membership.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the weight loss fee includes the medication, and what you will pay each month once treatment starts. The semaglutide material mentions compounded options, and the testosterone material mentions compounded formulations, so ask whether your medication would be brand-name or compounded, and why. Ask who signs your prescription, since Ruth Mburu, NP, NP-C is the only prescriber named. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the membership or program fee. Ask how a membership is cancelled and whether there is a notice period. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered. Ask whether the enrollment fee waiver still applies when you sign up.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you pay cash for care anyway, want one nurse practitioner handling hormones, thyroid and weight together, and can make weekday daytime or Saturday morning appointments. It is a weaker fit if you need the monthly medication price in writing before you book, or if you want a physician as your prescriber.
