About Magnolia Men's Health

What is Magnolia Men's Health?

Magnolia Men's Health is a physician-led men's health clinic at 2111 E Kirkwood Blvd, Suite 110a, in Southlake, Texas 76092. It was established in 2024. Its main work is testosterone replacement and weight loss care for men, and it also offers erectile dysfunction treatment, peptide therapy, penile rejuvenation, IV and NAD+ therapy, and regenerative medicine. The testosterone is testosterone cypionate, which is compounded. The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Dr. Farhan Abdullah, DO, is the medical director, and his listed board certification is in internal medicine. Rachael Bowen, NP, is a nurse practitioner who also prescribes at the clinic. Patients come from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Westlake, Trophy Club, Colleyville, Keller, Grapevine and Roanoke. The clinic has a 5-star Google rating from one review.

What does it cost?

Testosterone replacement is $199 a month and is described as all-inclusive. Semaglutide is $199 a month and tirzepatide is $299 a month. Magnolia does not say whether the medication is included in those GLP-1 prices. A combined testosterone and GLP-1 program is $349 a month. Peptide therapy is a $49 monthly membership, IV and NAD+ therapy starts at $129, PRP starts at $1,200, and penile rejuvenation starts at $1,850. Erectile dysfunction pricing varies. Membership has no contract, and you can cancel in any month.

Insurance is accepted for office visits and labs from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Medicare. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. In its own words, the first visit is "completely free," and includes a testosterone check, a body composition scan and a 15-minute consultation. Magnolia does not publish prices for follow-up visits or labs paid in cash.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $199 and $299 GLP-1 prices include the medication. Ask whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded or brand-name products, and what that means for supply and dosing. Ask who signs your prescription, and whether you will see Dr. Abdullah or Rachael Bowen at each visit.

Ask what follow-up visits, labs and adjunct medications cost. Adjuncts such as anastrozole, HCG and gonadorelin are named, so find out whether they are added on top of the monthly fee. Ask whether telehealth follow-up is available, since office hours are not published and you may want to plan around them. Ask how cancellation works and whether any charge follows it. If you plan to use insurance, ask whether your plan covers the office visit and labs before you book.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person men's health care in Southlake or nearby towns, you expect to pay cash for what insurance does not cover, and you want a set monthly price with no contract. It is a weaker fit if you need the GLP-1 price and what it includes in writing before you commit, or if you want a longer track record, since the clinic was established in 2024 and has one Google review.
