The virtual program says, in its own words, "Assessment + medications included in pricing." The semaglutide program does not say whether medication is included. Financing runs through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. It does not state whether it accepts insurance. A 15% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours, and an out-of-state mailing fee of $25 is listed.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who prescribes. In its own words: "All treatments are provided under Medical Director oversight," but it names no director and no prescriber. Ask for names and credentials in writing, and check the license with the state medical board before you pay. Then ask whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded, what the $40 covers, and whether medication is included in that price. Ask what the first assessment, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether an in-person visit is required and where it takes place. Ask whether the one-year clearance must be renewed, how the Buy Now, Pay Later terms work, and whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted. Finally, ask whether a late reschedule counts as a cancellation.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic injections, peptides and virtual weight-loss care in one place, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name before you pay. It is a harder fit if you need a named prescriber on file before you book, or an itemized price for each medication.
