About Valincare Longevity

What is Valincare Longevity?

Valincare Longevity is a physician-led longevity clinic at 8122 Datapoint Drive, Suite 1110, in San Antonio, Texas, inside the South Texas Medical Center. Its main work is preventive. It tests for risk early, turns the results into a physician-synthesized report it calls a Dossier, and follows up over time. The four services it lists are Whole-Body MRI, VO₂ Max Testing, Epigenetic Age Analysis and a Performance Assessment. It also lists hormone therapy and GLP-1 medications among the things it prescribes when clinically indicated.

Kendrick Lopez, MD and Satya Rao, MD are the two physicians named as prescribers. Valincare names sirolimus in a rapamycin protocol and dasatinib with quercetin in a senolytic protocol. It describes these as investigational uses, with FDA-approved drugs prescribed off-label under direct physician supervision. It does not offer peptide therapy, and Dr. Lopez has written publicly about why. In its own words: "Not a wellness center. Not a scan mill."

What does it cost?

Valincare publishes its prices. Vector, its Performance Assessment, is $2,100 and includes a 45-minute physician debrief and a consolidated performance profile. Foundation is $3,800 and includes a 60-minute physician debrief with your Dossier. The $7,600 tier adds six-month re-stratification, pharmacologic support, sleep evaluation and eligibility for its protocols. Continuum starts at $24,000, has limited enrollment and is by recommendation only.

Everything is cash pay. Valincare does not bill insurance for membership services. Membership runs for one year, with no long-term contracts and no automatic renewal. The published prices do not say whether they include labs, medication or the initial visit. No consultation fee is published, and no price is given for GLP-1 or hormone therapy alone. Members in the San Antonio area can have labs drawn at home or the office two weeks in advance, and the physician debrief can be held in person or by video.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the membership price includes the labs, the medication and the first visit, since the published prices leave this open. Ask what sirolimus or dasatinib would cost through the licensed pharmacy the clinic uses, and who pays for the lab monitoring it describes for its protocols.

Ask which physician signs any prescription and how often you would see that physician. Ask what a hormone therapy or GLP-1 prescription costs on top of membership, since no separate price is published. If you live outside the San Antonio area, ask how labs are handled, because home and office draws are offered to members in that area. Finally, ask what happens when the year ends and whether any fee applies to ending or pausing a membership.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a physician to review your test results and plan follow-up over a year, and you are ready to pay for it out of pocket. It is a weaker fit if you want peptide therapy, which it does not offer, or if you need published prices for hormone or GLP-1 care, since none are given.
