IV drips and vitamin infusions are its main business, and medical weight loss is one of several services. The clinic lists GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy, injection services, low dose naltrexone, fatty liver disease treatment, NAD and memberships. What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or peptide therapy, and it states no consultation fee. IV prices are listed. Hydrate IV is $69 for 500 mL of normal saline or $89 for a liter, Immunity IV is $149, Athletic IV is $159 and Myer's Cocktail is $189. Memberships run on a 1 year contract, but no membership fee or cancellation terms are given. It accepts FSA and Afterpay. It does not say it takes insurance, or whether medication is included in any program price.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. No one is named, so ask who would sign your prescription, whether that person is licensed in Texas, and whether they will see you by telemedicine.
Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded. Its disclaimer says, in its own words: "ALL THERAPIES ARE SPECIFIC FORMULATIONS PREPARED BY SA IV CENTER AND ANY DESIGNATIONS OR REFERENCES TO THERAPIES ARE FOR MARKETING PURPOSES ONLY." Ask what that means for the product you would receive.
Ask whether any program fee includes medication, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask how a membership is cancelled. Its peptide listing names BPC-157 injections, so ask what that is and who prescribes it. Its Corpus Christi material describes care there and shipped injections, but it gives only the San Antonio address, so ask where you would actually be seen.
Who is it a good fit for?
