What is Wildflower Wellness?
Wildflower Wellness is a med spa in Round Rock, Texas, serving Round Rock and Greater Austin, with visits at the spa or by mobile service. Weight loss is one of its services, alongside IV therapy, Botox, vitamin shots, NAD+, peptides and bloodwork. Google shows a 5 rating from 15 reviews. Hours are listed as available by appointment.
The weight loss shots use semaglutide or tirzepatide. Care starts with a bloodwork test, then a quick telemedicine appointment, then a first shot in person. The clinic does not name a physician. The team it lists is nurses: Joseph Philastre, co-owner and clinical director, with 18 years of ICU experience as an RN; Ashley Limoges, a Registered Nurse; Natalie Hearns, a registered nurse; Adrienne Franklin, an ER nurse; and Chase Domingue, with 15 years in the ER, ICU and as a Flight Nurse. It does not say who writes the prescriptions.
What does it cost?
Weight loss prices are given as ranges, and the clinic does not say whether they are per month or per shot. At Home, where you give your own shots, is $400 to $475. In clinic, with nurses giving the shot, is $475 to $550. The Skinny Love Society is $400 to $550, bills monthly, and includes 20% off IVs and vitamin shots. The clinic does not say whether medication is included or whether insurance is accepted. It does not publish a consultation fee, a bloodwork price, or prices for single IVs, Botox, NAD+ or peptides.
Memberships are clearer. Bloom is $195 a month, with one IV, $10 off a vitamin shot and the annual exam fee waived. Thrive is $380 a month, with two IVs. Prepaid packs are $600 for a 3-Pack, $975 for a 5-Pack ($195 per IV) and $1,850 for a 10-Pack ($185 per IV), with credits used within a year. The membership terms read: "Cancel anytime, and your earned credits remain yours to use whenever you like."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription for semaglutide and tirzepatide, and whether a physician is involved at any point. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. The clinic calls its shot FDA-approved, a Google review mentions compounding pharmacies, and the peptides are described as pharmaceutical-grade. Get the answer in writing.
Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication, and whether it is charged per month or per shot. Ask what bloodwork, follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask which Round Rock address your visit would be at, since the clinic lists more than one, and which phone number to use, since it lists more than one of those too. Ask how to cancel Bloom or the Society plan, and whether any charge follows the cancellation date.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss injections given by nurses in a spa setting, with IV or wellness add-ons, and you are willing to ask the prescribing questions before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a named physician on your prescription from the start, or if you want one all-in price with nothing left to ask.
