The 4-week Enhanced programs are $399 with semaglutide and $499 with tirzepatide. The 8-week programs run from $425 to $899, and the 12-week programs from $599 to $1,199. The Enhanced versions add weekly Lipo-MIC + B12 + L-Carnitine injections over the same number of weeks. The program prices do not say whether the medication is included, and the listings do not say whether the program price covers labs.

Its tirzepatide listings refer to labs, so ask what lab work is included and what it costs. Ask whether the Enhanced injections can be dropped, and what happens if you stop after the first four weeks. Ask whether it bills insurance, what its cancellation and refund terms are, and how long it has been open.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medical weight program and can get the prescriber's name, the office address and the full price, including medication, in writing before you pay. If you cannot get those answers, it is not a fit yet, so keep looking.
