What is Chan Ramos MedSpa?
Chan Ramos MedSpa is a medical spa at 1101 Satellite View #402 in Round Rock, Texas, just off I-35. It has been open since 2023 and is a CRNA-founded practice. What does it cost?
Weight loss starts at $70 a week, and that price includes the medication and shipping. The 12-week program starts at $840. Labs and a consultation cost $360 as a bundle, which brings the program to a total from $1,200. The consultation fee is not separated from that bundle. Renewals run in 12-week cycles at the same starting rate, with no new consult fee and repeat labs at a reduced rate.
It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide therapy. It accepts HSA and FSA funds and offers Cherry and CareCredit financing. It does not say whether hormone or peptide visits need insurance, and it does not state cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which prescriber signs each prescription. The practice names two, but does not say which one handles hormone or peptide care. Ask who you will see at each visit, too.
It also advertises a free consultation, but the $360 bundle includes one. Ask what the $360 pays for if you decide not to start, and whether any part is refundable.
Ask whether the weight loss medication is brand-name or compounded. The practice sources its peptides from licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies, which compound medications, so ask whether the weight loss medication comes from a compounding pharmacy as well.
Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost after your first 12 weeks, and what the reduced lab rate is. Ask how cancellation works, and whether a paid 12-week cycle is refunded if you stop early. If you live outside Round Rock, ask where your bloodwork is drawn, since the practice uses partner labs in Round Rock or elsewhere in Texas.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss or hormone care in the same practice as aesthetic treatments, you can do check-ins by video from anywhere in Texas, and you are comfortable paying cash, using HSA or FSA funds, or financing. If you need hormone or peptide prices or clear cancellation terms before you commit, get those answers first.
