About Orange IV

What is Orange IV?

Orange IV is an IV therapy clinic at 2492 Martin Luther King Drive in Orange, Texas. A registered nurse founded it, and Dr. Nimesh Patel, MD, MD, is the prescriber named for the practice. IV drips are the core of the business. It also offers NAD+, IM injections and add-ons, weight loss, and memberships and packages.

Its weight loss service uses semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, named on the site as Wegovy/Ozempic and Mounjaro/Zepbound. Its peptide service uses sermorelin. In its own words: "Every Semaglutide and Tirzepatide appointment at Orange IV starts with a quick check-in and GFE (Good Faith Exam) to make sure your plan fits your goals."

It is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Saturday visits are by appointment from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Sunday and Monday, though Sunday visits are possible on request for groups of four or more. It has a 5-star Google rating from 15 reviews.

What does it cost?

A Good Faith Exam, the medical screening that starts a new client's visit, is $40. It does not publish prices for semaglutide, tirzepatide or sermorelin, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price.

Its memberships have the clearest prices. Quick Prick is $99 a month, VIP Savings Access is $50 a month, and Drip Club is $169 a month. Weight-loss Support is $215 a month and includes one weight loss IV and two free injections. Elite Member is $399 a month. Memberships have a three-month minimum, and cancelling early means buying out the rest of the contract. Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Dr. Patel is named as the prescriber, so ask whether he sees you before the first injection, or whether someone else does. Ask whether the $215 Weight-loss Support membership includes weight loss injections, and whether any monthly fee covers the medication itself. The pages name brand products, so ask whether what you receive is the brand-name medication or a compounded version.

Ask what each injection costs, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. It does not say whether telehealth is available. Before you pay for a membership, ask how cancellation works and how much a buyout would be at each point in the three-month term.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want IV therapy or a monthly membership in Orange and are ready to pay cash for it. It also makes sense for an in-person weight loss visit if you can get the medication price in writing before booking. Call (409) 527-3737 first.
