About 3:6 Wellness Clinic

What is 3:6 Wellness Clinic?

3:6 Wellness Clinic is a wellness practice at 3115 Richmond St. A in Needville, Texas. Its main work is primary care and integrative care. Weight loss medication and peptide therapy are two of its other services, alongside IV hydration, NAD+ therapy, IM injections, red light therapy, infrared sauna, an InBody scan and health coaching. Britt Smith, APRN, FNP-C, owns the clinic and is the only prescriber named.

The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, starts with a consultation, and includes follow-up visits about six weeks apart. Peptide therapy is offered as a monthly program. Telehealth visits are also offered. The office is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

What does it cost?

Weight loss starts with a $50 consultation fee. Semaglutide starts at $299 and tirzepatide at $399, and the price rises at higher medication levels. Blood work is extra. Lab work is not included in the weight loss pricing. Tests that may be required include a CBC, a CMP, a thyroid panel and a hemoglobin A1C.

Peptide therapy is $99 a month plus the cost of the peptides you are prescribed, so the monthly fee does not include the peptide itself. A peptide therapy price range of $99 to $185 is listed. The $99 consultation fee goes toward the first month if you sign up. Peptide programs require a three-month commitment.

Primary care is $199 for an adult standard office visit and $199 for a telehealth visit. Lab fees are an additional charge there too.

In its own words: "At 3:6 Wellness Clinic, we charge for our services fee-for-service and require payment at the time of service." It accepts checks, credit cards and Health Savings Cards. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Fees are subject to change. Memberships also carry a three-month commitment. The IV hydration plans start at $199 a month, and their 15% discount does not cover GLP-1 therapy.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription for any medication, and whether Britt Smith will be the one making that decision.

Ask whether the $299 or $399 covers the medication itself and how often it is charged. It does not publish that.

Ask whether semaglutide is compounded too. The tirzepatide is described as compounded, and semaglutide is not described that way. If you care whether a medication is brand-name or compounded, ask for the answer in writing.

Ask what the blood work will cost in total, and whether the six-week follow-up visits carry a separate fee.

If you are considering peptides, ask which peptide is recommended and what it adds to the $99 monthly fee.

Ask how cancellation works during the three-month commitment, and whether any part of a payment is refunded if you stop early.

If you plan to use telehealth from home, ask which states the clinic can see you in.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay clinic that handles primary care and weight loss or peptide care in one place, and you are comfortable paying consultation and lab costs out of pocket. If you need one flat monthly price that covers both medication and labs, ask before you book, because the published figures do not show one.
