Much of the menu is aesthetic, including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt NEO and Hydrafacial. Its medical services include a semaglutide weight loss program, bio-identical hormone therapy with testosterone and thyroid options, peptide therapy and NAD+ IV infusion.
The weight loss program is the medical service it describes most. In its own words: "Here at LVWellness, Dr. Hogan will utilize semaglutide as an adjunct therapy to assist you in achieving your weight loss goals." It also lists lipotropic weight loss injections and says the details are set at a consultation.

What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone or peptide care. It also does not say whether medication is included in a monthly fee, whether it accepts insurance, or what its membership terms are. Memberships appear in its menu, but the terms are not described.
The prices it does list are for seasonal aesthetic specials that end October 31. Examples include a $249 single Ghosts of Summer BBL and a $625 single Wicked Glow treatment, which is SkinPen microneedling with exosomes. Those prices do not cover the medical services.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and renews your prescription, and whether Dr. Hogan sees you at follow-up visits or someone else does. Ask whether the monthly fee includes semaglutide, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and any lab work cost, and how the program is billed and cancelled. Ask whether insurance or an HSA can be used, whether telehealth visits are offered, and what the office hours are. The clinic does not address any of these.
If you are considering peptides, ask which ones would be prescribed and whether each is approved for that use. The clinic's own blog says peptides are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating or preventing any disease or medical condition unless specifically indicated.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led program for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide care in the Magnolia area, and you are ready to pay cash. It is a weaker fit if you need prices before you call, since none are published for those services. If you mainly want aesthetic treatments, that is where most of the practice's work sits.
