What is Regan Aesthetics + Health?
Regan Aesthetics + Health is a cash-pay clinic based in Lubbock. It does not publish a street address or phone number. The practice offers two kinds of care. The aesthetic side covers neurotoxin (Botox), dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, PRF, the 1228 Protocol and skincare. The wellness side covers weight management, hormone optimization with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), gut health, general wellness and peptide therapy.
Chad E. Gray, MD, is the medical director. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has 23 years of experience in family and emergency medicine. He is the only prescriber named. The peptide program names Sermorelin/Ipamorelin, BPC-157, PT-141 and GHK-Cu, along with tirzepatide and semaglutide as adjunct peptides. Telehealth visits run through a secure patient platform. The clinic is rated 5 on Google from 7 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, consultation fees or membership terms. It is cash pay only. It does not take health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare, and it does not provide codes for billing reimbursement. Some programs may be payable with FSA or HSA pretax dollars, and it advises checking with your plan provider. The one stated no-cost step is a complimentary 15-minute discovery call with Regan. It does not say whether medication is included in any program fee.
In its own words: "To get started, schedule an initial consultation appointment."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the program fee includes the medication, and which weight loss medication the program uses. The pages name tirzepatide and semaglutide only as adjunct peptides. Ask whether each injectable or peptide is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what the first consultation costs, and whether the free discovery call counts toward it. Ask what lab work costs, since the initial consultation may include micronutrient, hormone and gut testing, and whether follow-up visits and monitoring are billed separately. Ask who writes each prescription, and how cancellation and any membership term work.
It does not publish a phone number or office hours, so booking happens through its website. Before paying for any program, check with your FSA or HSA provider, since the clinic does not bill insurance.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash anyway, want hormone or peptide care overseen by a physician medical director, and are willing to learn the prices on a call. If you need a published fee schedule before you commit, call first and ask the questions above.
