It does not say whether medication is included in any fee. Its payment plans through Cherry are for aesthetic services, and it does not mention financing for weight loss care.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the GLP-1 prescription, and whether Dr. Shahbandar is the one who would sign it. Ask which GLP-1 medication would be prescribed, since it does not say. Ask whether the membership fee includes that medication, and whether it is brand-name or compounded.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of membership. It does not say whether visits can be done by telehealth, and it lists no office hours, so ask about both. Finally, ask how membership is canceled and whether there is a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician who handles your primary care and weight loss under one roof, and you can pay cash for a limited membership. Call before you book if you need prices, medication details or telehealth options.
