What is Vital Society?
Vital Society is a cash-pay clinic in Leander, Texas, founded in 2023. Its services are male testosterone optimization, female hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV infusions and vitamin enhancement, and provider-recommended supplements. Hormone care and medical weight loss are the main programs, and the rest are offered alongside them.
The clinic describes its team as physician-led licensed providers, but it does not name the person who prescribes, with credentials. The medications it names are semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with compounded versions of both, prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. In its own words: "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality." It lists locations in Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Northwest Austin, Jarrell, Georgetown, Round Rock, Bertram, Burnet and Marble Falls. Telemedicine and home prescription delivery are available only to Texas patients. Google shows it at 4.8 from 125 reviews.
What does it cost?
The clinic posts prices by dose tier. Semaglutide runs from $199 to $349, and tirzepatide runs from $299 to $699. The price lines do not say whether the amount is charged monthly or some other way, and they do not say whether the medication is included. The first visit is free: "A 15-minute consultation with our team is complimentary."
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Lab work, follow-up visits and dose changes are not priced, and cancellation terms are not stated. Get those in writing before you pay.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what license and credentials that person holds, since the clinic names only its team. Ask whether the tier price includes the medication, how often you will be charged, and whether a brand-name version of either medication is an option for you. If it is not, ask why the compounded version is the one recommended.
Ask what labs, follow-up visits and dose changes cost beyond the tier price, whether insurance or an HSA can be used, and how cancellation works, including any fee or minimum term. If you live outside Texas, ask before anything else, because remote care is limited to Texas patients.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Texas, plan to pay out of pocket, can afford the tier price, and are willing to get the prescriber's name, the price terms and the cancellation rules in writing before you book. If you live outside Texas or need insurance to cover the visit, call first, because remote care is limited to Texas and insurance is not mentioned.
