About Vital Hormone Health
What is Vital Hormone Health?
Vital Hormone Health is a cash-pay hormone clinic at 14300 Ronald Reagan Blvd. Suite 803, Rm 101, Leander, Texas 78641. Its phone number is 737-437-3429. Its main focus is hormone care for women in perimenopause and menopause, with attention to sleep, energy, mood, weight, and thyroid health. Its services fall into four areas: Perimenopause & Menopause, Hormone & Thyroid Health, Weight & Metabolic Health, and Sexual Health & Vitality. It also offers hormone pellet therapy, GLP-1 medications, peptides, and Xeomin, a prescription medication used for moderate to severe facial wrinkles. The only medication it names is semaglutide.
The founder, Charlie, writes the About page, but the clinic does not name a prescriber or list any credentials, office hours, or years in practice. Google shows a rating of 5 from 2 reviews. Care is limited to established patients who finish intake, consent forms, and a clinical evaluation. In its own words: "No rushed visits. No one-size-fits-all protocols."
What does it cost?
The first visit is $197 and lasts 45 minutes. Booking it does not require you to start treatment or join the membership. Membership is $129/month with a 3-month initial commitment, then month to month. After that period it can be canceled before the next billing date. It begins on the first day of the month after ongoing treatment starts.
Semaglutide is available only to members. The clinic lists three tiers as 3-month pricing: $299 for the low tier, $399 for the mid tier, and $499 for the high tier. It does not say whether the medication is included in those prices or whether the $129/month membership is charged on top.
Hormone pellet therapy is an optional add-on billed separately from membership: $350 for women and $600 for men. Pellet patients keep an active membership for at least 3 months after each insertion. Xeomin is also for members only, at $500 for 50 units or $1,000 for 100 units. The clinic does not say whether it takes insurance or accepts HSA or financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes and what credentials that person holds, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the semaglutide price includes the medication, and whether the $129/month membership is billed on top of it. Ask whether semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether you must stay on membership for the full 3-month commitment if you stop early, and how cancellation works after that. Ask what labs, follow-up visits, and medication changes cost outside the membership. Ask whether telehealth is available, since the clinic does not say. Finally, ask how the semaglutide dose tier is chosen and who decides when it changes.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are a woman in perimenopause or menopause looking for ongoing hormone follow-up in Texas, and you can pay for a first visit, a monthly membership, and a 3-month commitment. If you need to know the prescriber's name and credentials before paying anything, ask those questions first.
