What is Memorial Longevity Clinic?
Memorial Longevity Clinic is a concierge clinic in Houston's Memorial area, Texas. Its main business is screening. Cardiac scans, cancer and dementia tests, body composition scans and a long menu of blood work can be booked one at a time or bundled into memberships and screening packages. Hormone therapy, GLP-1 therapy for weight management and peptide therapy are offered alongside those screenings.
The hormone services are TRT, bioidentical hormones and thyroid optimization. The peptide protocols named are BPC-157, CJC-1295, Dihexa, MOTs-C, NAD, GHK-Cu, TB500 and KPV. TRT, bioidentical hormones, GLP-1 therapy and peptide therapy are labeled as partner services, so ask who delivers each one.
No prescriber is named for any service. No street address, phone number or hours are published. Google shows a rating of 5 from 8 reviews.
What does it cost?
Memberships are the easiest part to price. Longevity Access is $149 per month and includes quarterly physician consultations, direct physician access and same or next-day appointments. Longevity Elite is $349 per month and adds unlimited physician consultations, a $100 monthly credit toward in-house services and 10% preferred member pricing. Longevity Complete is a $10,000 one-time fee, and Longevity Screening is $7,000. Cancel anytime is stated for the memberships.
Individual tests have set prices, such as the Coronary Calcium Scan at $100, DEXA Scan at $150, VO2 Max at $200, Mammogram at $300, Brain MRI at $1,500 and Amyvid PET Scan at $4,500. Every listed service is open to any member on a cash-pay basis.
It does not publish prices for hormone, GLP-1 or peptide therapy, and it does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether medication is included in any price. On insurance, the clinic writes: "Access additional services à la carte or through insurance when appropriate." It does not name which plans it accepts.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription for hormone, GLP-1 and peptide care, and whether that physician is licensed in Texas. Ask whether the monthly price for GLP-1 or hormone care includes the medication, or whether drug costs come on top. For peptides, ask whether each one is brand-name or compounded, and who makes it.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost once treatment starts. Ask which insurance plans are accepted and for which services. For prepaid items like the Longevity Complete fee or a screening package, ask how cancellation and refunds work, since the anytime cancellation language applies to memberships. Finally, ask for the street address and office hours before you visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician access and screening paid in cash, and you are ready to ask the questions above before committing to hormone, GLP-1 or peptide care. If you need a named prescriber or a published medication price before you pay, call first and get those answers in writing.
