What is The Signature Clinic?
The Signature Clinic is an IV therapy and wellness clinic at 4819 Ranch to Market Rd 2147 in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, just outside Austin. It has a 5 rating on Google from 7 reviews. Most of what it offers is IV drips, but it also runs four kinds of injection care: weight loss with tirzepatide and semaglutide, hormone therapy with testosterone and hormone replacement, peptide and longevity injections such as sermorelin and NAD+, and sexual health injections including PT-141, oxytocin, tadalafil and sildenafil.
It calls its care doctor-led, but it does not name any prescriber or publish their credentials. It works with partner compounding pharmacies, and it does not say whether its weight loss medicines are brand-name or compounded.
It offers telehealth. In its own words: "We also offer telehealth services, so you can get started from the comfort of your home." It lists hours of 09:00 to 17:00, seven days a week. Its footer names Austin, Cottonwood Shores, Granite Shoals, Johnson City and Marble Falls, but it gives no addresses for those towns.
What does it cost?
Most prices are marked "From," so treat them as starting figures. Injection prices are monthly unless noted. Tirzepatide starts at $395 and semaglutide at $295. Testosterone starts at $225, sermorelin at $280 and NAD+ injections at $205 for the 500mg. Glutathione starts at $155, B12 is $100, Lipo B12 is $155 and oxytocin is $220. PT-141 is $280 a month. Tadalafil and sildenafil are each listed at $160, down from $320.
IV drinks run from $149 for Reboot IV to $3,200 for Fountain of Youth IV. Summer Glow Up, a combination of glutathione, NAD+ and GLP-1 peptide therapy, is $540 a month. The free consultation is listed as "Free Doctor Consultation." Its VIP memberships come in four tiers, but no tier prices are given.
It does not publish a price for hormone replacement therapy. It does not say whether the monthly price includes medication, whether it accepts insurance, or how cancellation and commitment terms work for memberships and programs.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes your treatment and what their credentials are. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the weight loss drugs are brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and what the price for hormone replacement therapy will be.
Ask how you cancel a monthly program or VIP membership and whether there is a commitment period. Ask whether it takes insurance or HSA cards. Ask which states its telehealth covers, and whether it sees patients in person in the towns its footer names.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already know which injection or IV you want, you can get a named prescriber's answers in writing before you pay, and you are comfortable with cash prices that are only starting figures.
