About Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

What is Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness?

Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is a physician-led practice at 3008 Dawn Drive, Suite 104, in Georgetown, TX 78628. Its main business is medical aesthetics, with injectables, lasers, skin treatments and hair restoration, and Google lists it as a medical spa. Medical weight loss is one of its programs, alongside hormone therapy (bioidentical HRT and TRT for men), peptide therapy, IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, cell therapy, exosomes, and diagnostics and labs. HCG and anastrozole are the medications it names. Dr. Larissa O’Neill is listed as Board-Certified Physician and Medical Director, and Krista Singleton is listed as APRN, FNP-C and Lead Nurse Practitioner. The practice describes itself as having cared for patients over the past two decades. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Google shows a 4.9 rating from 63 reviews.

The weight loss program is the part most people come for. In its own words: "A coordinated medical weight-loss program built around the goal you actually have: fat down, muscle kept." The GLP-1 medication is prescribed by a provider after a baseline lab draw and is filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Leander and Austin are also named, but the only street address given is in Georgetown.

What does it cost?

The weight loss membership is $149 a month for medical management. That covers the monthly provider visit (in person in Georgetown or by telehealth), InBody body composition scans, follow-up labs at three and six months, MIC injections, and direct messaging with the care team. The medication is not included. The pharmacy bills it at each fill, and its price is not published, so ask for that number before you enroll. A one-time $199 baseline lab panel is due at enrollment, and supplies and shipping are billed separately.

The membership has a six-month minimum commitment of $894 total. After that it continues month to month until you give thirty (30) days' written notice. If your provider stops treatment for a medical reason, such as an adverse reaction or pregnancy, the rest of the commitment is waived. Financing through Cherry is offered in monthly plans. The practice does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who will write your prescription and who your regular provider would be. Ask what a month of the compounded medication costs, and what the difference from FDA-approved versions means for your treatment. Its own explanation is that compounded products can differ in salt form and concentration. Ask whether HCG or anastrozole would be part of any plan you are offered, and what each costs. Ask how often the MIC injections are given, since the descriptions place them both weekly and at the monthly visit.

Ask for the consultation fee, and whether labs beyond the enrollment panel and the three and six month draws are billed. Ask whether HSA or FSA cards can be used, since insurance is not addressed. Ask whether you would be seen in Georgetown or in one of the other towns named, which states telehealth serves, and how written notice to cancel must be given.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want an ongoing medical program with a monthly provider visit and regular labs, can commit to $149 a month plus medication for at least six months, and are comfortable with compounded medication once it has been explained to you. If you are mainly after a single aesthetic treatment, ask for its price before you book.
