What is Vitale HEALTH Family Center?
Vitale HEALTH Family Center is mainly a family medicine practice with offices in Flower Mound and Carrollton, Texas. What does it cost?
Weight loss is sold as a monthly membership. Semaglutide is $349 a month and Tirzepatide is $499 a month. Each covers the consultation, labs, medication, and monthly follow-up. If you decide not to start after the consultation and bloodwork, you get your initial payment back minus the bloodwork fee. It does not publish either the initial payment or the bloodwork fee. You can cancel anytime.
Primary care takes most major insurance plans and Medicare. For patients without coverage, sick visits start at $120 and annual wellness exams start at $275, including a blood panel. The hormone test and physician consultation cost $275. Treatment is quoted after that, with a typical 3 to 4 month starter plan for women at $375 to $500 and a typical 4 to 6 month starter plan for men at $750 to $850, both adjusted from labs. It does not publish prices for med spa treatments.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician will sign your prescription, and whether you will see that physician each month. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic names the drugs without saying which version it dispenses. Ask what the monthly fee covers after the first month and what repeat labs cost. Ask for the exact initial payment and bloodwork fee, and when each is charged. Ask what cancelling looks like once you have started, including any notice period. Ask whether insurance applies to any part of the weight loss or hormone care. The clinic does not say whether telehealth visits are offered, so ask that too. For hormone care, ask for the total cost of your first plan and how often levels are rechecked. If you are interested in peptide therapy or longevity medicine, ask about those as well, since neither is listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led weight loss program with monthly follow-up, you are comfortable paying cash for it, and you would like primary care, hormone care, and med spa services in one practice. If telehealth, a specific medication version, or peptide therapy is the main reason you are calling, get those answers before you book.
