What does it cost?
Weekly semaglutide runs $60 a week in weeks 1 to 4 and rises to $100 a week in weeks 17 to 20. Weekly tirzepatide runs $85 a week in weeks 1 to 4 and reaches $135 a week in weeks 21 to 24. Monthly semaglutide starts at $200 in phase 1 and is $340 from phase 5 on. Monthly tirzepatide starts at $300 and is $500 from phase 6 on. The FAQ says the listed price is for the first month and rises from month to month. It does not say whether medication is included in these prices.
The clinic lists a one-time yearly consultation fee of $35 on its weight loss page and $65 on its peptide page. It also lists a $25 telehealth good faith exam. It does not explain how these differ. Peptide and testosterone products are sold as one-month supplies, with starting prices from $150 to $310. Aesthetic appointments start at $50 an hour, and Fat Dissolver starts at $275. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It lists payment plans but does not describe their terms. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and a no-show forfeits the deposit.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for each product, and whether that person sees you at follow-up visits. Ask whether the monthly weight loss price includes the medication or bills it separately. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies the peptides. Ask which consultation fee applies, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. The weight loss program says no labs are required, so ask whether that holds for hormone and peptide treatment too. The program lists a BMI of 26 and above as a qualification and excludes a diabetes diagnosis and certain kidney, pancreatic and thyroid histories, so ask how that screening works. Finally, ask how the monthly price changes and what cancelling costs.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone treatment from a clinic that also does cosmetic work, and you are willing to get the medication cost, the prescriber and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you want a practice that publishes full pricing and names every clinician who prescribes.
