About Elevate Hydration Wellness Clinic
What is Elevate Hydration Wellness Clinic?
The clinic is a cash-pay practice at 336 Cove Terrace Shopping Center in Copperas Cove, Texas 76522. Its prescriber is Dawn Marie Pessa, FNP-BC, MSN. Her own account says she worked as a Registered Nurse in emergency and medical-surgical care before she became a Family Nurse Practitioner in October 2023. Google lists the clinic as a family practice physician, with a 5 rating across 128 reviews.
It lists ten services: hormone replacement, wellness injections, IV therapy, peptides, neuromodulators, direct primary care and primary care, weight loss, laboratory services, men's health, and women's health. Hormone care is offered as creams, injectables and pellets. The neuromodulators it names are Botox and Xeomin. The weight loss medication is not named. In its own words: "Personalized healthcare with a focus on patient centered services." It does not publish hours, and it does not say whether telehealth is offered.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program is $99 a month, with a minimum three-month commitment. That covers a monthly visit, nutritional education, lifestyle modification and an In Body Scan. It does not include labs or medications. The initial primary care appointment is $100 for one hour. The direct primary care membership is $75 a month, or $825 a year, which is valid for three years, and members get 15% off services. Other monthly plans are a B-12 bundle at $75, a Fat Burner Bundle at $140 and a Fat Burner Plus at $180. The September specials list Vitamin D and L-Glutamine injections at $30 each, and the Bye Bye Bloat IV at $135.
The clinic is cash pay only, with no insurance bills, co-pays or deductibles. It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptides, neuromodulators or the weight loss medication. It mentions payment plans but does not describe their terms. To cancel or reschedule, contact the clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made later get no refund.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $99 weight loss plan includes the medication, since the listing says it does not, and what that medication costs each month. Ask which drug it is, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and who signs the prescription. Ask what labs cost, because they sit outside the plan.
Ask whether the three-month minimum is billed in full if you stop early. Ask for prices on hormone therapy, peptides and neuromodulators before you commit. Ask whether telehealth is available and what the office hours are. The text-message terms also name a second practice, a family medicine office, so ask which business will bill you and whether the two are the same.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cash-pay care with a nurse practitioner for hormone, weight or injection visits, and you are willing to get each medication and lab price in writing before a three-month commitment. If you need a clinic that publishes its prices, hours and telehealth options, the gaps here are a reason to call first.
