Skin by Deep Roots is a medical spa at 1310 East Whitestone Blvd. Ste #560 in Cedar Park, Texas, phone (512) 505-8024. It is open Tuesday through Friday 10AM to 6PM and Monday and Saturday 10AM to 4PM. It also places itself near Austin, Leander and Round Rock. The price carries a note that it is dosage specific, so ask what dose would change your total. The $100 consultation fee is applied to the program cost. Single peptide treatments run from $175 for GHK-Cu to $345 for the Glow Blend, and NAD+ is $275. It does not say whether those prices include dosing, visits or labs. It lists payment plans through Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit. It does not say whether it takes insurance, and it does not publish membership or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask for the name and credentials of the clinician who writes your prescription, and whether that person examines you before the first dose. Ask whether the $2399 covers the medication for all 12 weeks and what dose would change the price. Ask whether tirzepatide and semaglutide are brand-name products or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask the same about the peptides. Ask what the lab panel and follow-up visits cost, and whether either is already in the program. The weight loss material raises at-home injections, so ask who teaches you and whether that costs extra. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Finally, ask how a program is cancelled and whether the $100 consultation fee is refunded if you do not start.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a 12-week weight loss program from one clinic, and you are comfortable paying a set program price. If you need the prescriber's name before you pay, get that answer first, since the clinic does not give one.
