What does it cost?

The clinic publishes three prices, and none of them is for GLP-1 weight loss. IV therapy is $250 for one hour. Botox is $350 for one hour. Filler injections are $400 for one hour and 30 minutes.

It does not publish a GLP-1 price, a consultation fee or a monthly rate. It does not say whether medication is included in any fee, or whether it accepts insurance. It lists payment plans without terms, amounts or lenders, and it invites visitors to become members without giving membership terms. Cancelling, rescheduling or missing an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice carries a $75 fee.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with the prescription. The clinic names no physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant for its GLP-1 service, so ask who writes and signs the prescription and who reviews your health history before one is written. Ask which medicine you would receive, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and whether the fee includes it or the medication is billed on top.

Then ask what consultations, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether telehealth is offered, which the clinic does not say. Confirm the hours too. The clinic gives two closing times for Tuesday through Friday, 6pm in one place and 4:30 pm in another. Finally, ask how membership works, what the payment plans cost, and what it takes to cancel.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want GLP-1 weight loss, nutrition coaching or IV and vitamin services at the same clinic as aesthetic work, and you are ready to pay for each piece yourself. It is a harder call if you need a published GLP-1 price or a named prescriber before you book.
