What does it cost?
Three memberships are published, each billed monthly: Wellness at $99 a month, IV at $199 a month and NexGen Elite at $280 a month. IV therapy alone starts at $189.99, with a smaller bag at $69.99. The first weight loss consultation is free. The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone or peptide care, or for vitamin shots, and it does not say whether medication is included in any program.
Memberships renew automatically each month, unused services do not roll over, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. The clinic takes no insurance. In its own words: "No. We operate entirely outside the traditional insurance matrix to ensure our clinical decisions are dictated strictly by science, not by corporate policy caps."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether a physician oversees the clinic, since the only prescriber named is a PA. Ask which weight loss medication is used, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and whether the monthly fee covers it. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, what the hormone and peptide consultations cost, and what stem cell therapy involves. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. Confirm the address too. A McAllen location also comes up for this clinic, so make sure you are going to Morrison Road in Brownsville.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV or vitamin visits on a cash monthly membership and are comfortable with a plan that renews automatically. If you are looking at weight loss, hormone or peptide care, get written answers to the questions above before you commit to anything.
