Single Tox treatments are $200 for the frown area, $175 for the forehead and $200 for crow's feet. Lip filler is $650 for the signature lip treatment and $500 for the mini lip plump. Under-eye filler is $650. Threads range from $450 for Smooth Threads (50) to $900 for Smooth Threads (100), and several sessions are recommended. Facials start at $155, and the filler dissolver is $200 a vial.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who would treat you for weight loss. The clinic does not say which team member would treat weight loss patients, so ask who writes the prescription and who checks on you afterward.

Ask whether the $975 supply or the $500 per four injections includes the medication, and whether the Semiglutide is brand-name or compounded.

Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, if anything is needed.

If hormone or peptide therapy matters to you, ask whether it is offered here and what it costs, since neither appears on the price list.

Ask how the membership is canceled and whether it renews each month.
