Ask for the total monthly cost in writing. Find out whether the medication, visits, follow-up and lab work are included or billed separately. Ask whether any follow-up is done by video, and whether any part of your care can be billed to insurance. Finally, ask how a membership is cancelled and whether it renews automatically, because it does not publish membership terms or cancellation rules.
