Ask whether any monthly fee includes the medication, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since Figura says prescriptions are issued after a review of lab results. Ask what happens if you are evaluated and not approved, and whether that visit is charged. Figura says not every patient is a candidate.
Ask how cancellation works. Figura says it cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products and that all sales are final, so know that before you pay.
Who is it a good fit for?
