What is iNNOVAFUSION?

iNNOVAFUSION is a family practice clinic at 26919 E University Drive, Suite 200, in Aubrey, Texas. It describes itself as an integrative health and wellness center. It offers medically supervised weight loss, IV vitamin and hydration therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), acute and chronic disease treatment, in-house laboratory testing, and dietary and nutritional counseling. Its main weight loss medications are semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, and it also names Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Qysmia, Contrave, phentermine, Rybelsus and acarbose. What does it cost?

The initial consultation, which the clinic calls an initial weight loss evaluation and treatment plan, is $300. An initial laboratory test review is $200. Follow-up weight loss evaluation and medication refill visits are $100 each, and a monthly follow-up is required with each refill.

The clinic is cash-pay. In its own words: "This clinic is solely cash-pay for all of our services." It accepts credit and debit cards, FSA and HSA cards, and cash.

It does not publish prices for its GLP-1 injections, its oral medications or its BHRT. It mentions Direct Primary Care membership programs but does not publish their terms or any cancellation rules.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription, and whether that provider sees you at each monthly refill. Ask whether the fee includes the medication or whether the drug is billed separately.

Ask whether the injection is brand-name or compounded. The clinic writes: "Your choice of GLP-1 Shot will be ordered from a local Compounding pharmacy to be shipped to your home or to the clinic for pick up at your convenience." Ask what that shot costs before you commit.

Ask what the blood work, the lab review and the follow-up visits will cost in total. If you are considering BHRT, ask what the hormone medication costs and which form, oral, transdermal or vaginal, is prescribed. Finally, ask how to cancel, and whether a membership carries any commitment.
