What is HUSH Medical Aesthetics?
HUSH Medical Aesthetics is a cosmetic practice at 6312 US-41 ALT #104A in Pleasant View, TN 37146. Its main work is aesthetic, including Botox and other neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels. Medical weight loss is one of its services, using the GLP-1 medications semaglutide and tirzepatide, alongside IV therapy and vitamin injections.
Three people are named as prescribers. Dr. Tej Mudigonda, MD, is the medical director and is listed as triple board-certified. Amanda Capperrune, RN, and Ashley Armstrong, RN, are aesthetic nurse injectors. The practice is open by appointment only, and its phone line, (615) 398-2662, takes texts. It has a 5 rating on Google from 35 reviews.
What does it cost?
Weight loss medication is priced by month and by dose, and the dose rises over time. Semaglutide runs from $250 for month one at 0.25 mg to $450 for month five at 2 mg. Tirzepatide runs from $350 for month one at 2.5 mg to $550 for month five at 12.5 mg. The monthly price can also be paid weekly, as each shot is given. Wellness injections are $20 for weight loss clients, against a full price of $25, and three can be combined for a buy 3, get 1 free offer. Botox is priced from $12 per unit, Dysport at $4 per unit, and chemical peels start at $100 per session.
It does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether the monthly weight loss price includes the medication.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who reviews your history and signs the weight loss prescription, since three people are named as prescribers and only one is listed as a physician. Ask whether the monthly price covers the medication, the injections, and follow-up visits, and what lab work or extra visits cost if they do not. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The clinic names Olympia Pharmacy and Empower Pharmacy as partners, both described as 503A and 503B outsourcing facilities. It also notes that the FDA has ruled semaglutide and tirzepatide are no longer in shortage, so ask directly how the drug is made.
Ask what would happen to your treatment if the clinic had to stop. In its own words: "But please note, we may be required to stop due to regulation changes." Then ask about the consultation fee, insurance, telehealth, how cancellation works, and how far ahead you would need to book.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatment and a medication-based weight loss program from one Pleasant View office, and you are comfortable booking by appointment and getting prices and terms in writing before you pay. The clinic's weight loss information lists a BMI greater than 27, or a weight-related medical condition, among who may benefit, so check that you meet that before you book. If you are looking for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, or longevity care, this clinic does not list those services.
