About HIM & HER Youth and Hydration Clinic

What is HIM & HER Youth and Hydration Clinic?

HIM & HER Youth and Hydration Clinic is a medically owned practice whose main business is IV hydration. Its in-person clinic is at 110 Randolph Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, inside Ascension Wellness & Yoga, and it is open by appointment only. It does not list hours, so call or text 865-666-8070 to ask when appointments are available. Beyond IV hydration, the clinic offers peptide therapy, Botox, primary care telehealth, GLP-1 weight management, and mobile IV and injections that come to homes, offices and events across greater Knoxville.

Telehealth reaches Tennessee residents anywhere in the state. Primary care telehealth and peptide therapy are open to ages 12 and up. Jenna Peters, FNP-C, is the only prescriber named, and she provides the telehealth visits. The clinic has a Google rating of 5 from 31 reviews.

What does it cost?

Every new patient starts with a $49 Annual Health Exam, which is required once a year before IV, injection, Botox, peptide or weight management care. The GLP-1 Telehealth Exam is also $49, but the medication is separate and is not included in that price. It does not say whether the $49 GLP-1 exam is charged once or again at each monthly follow-up. Primary care telehealth is $49. IV hydration starts at $100, Botox is $11 per unit and paid on-site, and mobile visits add $40 per visit, not per person, plus the cost of treatments. Peptide therapy is priced at the visit once a provider decides what is appropriate. It does not publish medication prices.

The clinic is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance. It accepts HSA and FSA cards. It states that no memberships are required and that there is no commitment to continue.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs your prescription and whether Jenna Peters, FNP-C, will manage your care from the first visit through each follow-up. Ask what each GLP-1 medication costs, since the clinic names liraglutide, semaglutide and tirzepatide tablets but does not price them. Ask whether each one is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the medication is shipped to you at no extra charge, and what lab work, follow-up visits and dose changes cost beyond the $49 exam. Ask whether the $49 GLP-1 exam is a recurring charge. Finally, ask what steps you take to cancel, because the clinic describes no commitment but does not explain how to end care.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in Tennessee and want medical weight management or primary care by video, or if you live in Oak Ridge or greater Knoxville and want IV hydration, Botox or injections in person. In its own words: "Tennessee residents can complete the entire program from home." It is not a match if you live outside Tennessee, want weight management in person, or need hormone therapy, which the clinic does not offer yet. Its telehealth visits are for non-urgent care only, so for an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
