How do you cancel, is there a minimum term, and is the $150 consultation credited if you do not continue? Which of its two Nashville offices will you be seen at? What are the hours? If you are considering hormone therapy, which labs come first, and what do they cost?

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want skin, hair, IV and weight care from one Nashville practice, you plan to pay cash or through financing, and you are comfortable asking who prescribes before you pay the first month. If you need insurance to cover any part of it, Vita does not list insurance as a payment option, so look elsewhere.
