About NSI Wellness | Aesthetics
What is NSI Wellness | Aesthetics?
NSI Wellness | Aesthetics is a medical spa at 118 30th Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Its phone number is (615) 431-3724. Most of its services are cosmetic, including neurotoxin, fillers, facials, microneedling, lash, brow and waxing. Two services fall outside that group: GLP-1 prescription weight management and peptide therapy. In its own words: "At NSI Wellness | Aesthetics, GLP-1 therapy is available by prescription following a medical consultation." NSI does not name the GLP-1 medication. Its peptide menu includes NAD+, GHK-CU, GLOW, KLOW, Semax and Wolverine.
Dr. Brandon Tolman, DO, is the medical director and owner. His biography centers on spine disc biologics and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Faith Baxter, RN, and Catherine Butler, RN, are also on the team, but neither is named as a prescriber. Google shows a 4.9 rating from 363 reviews, under weight loss services.
What does it cost?
The Weight Loss Initial Consultation is $99 for 45 minutes, and that fee is waived if you start weight loss injections. GLP Therapy is priced at $650.00, but NSI does not say whether that is a monthly or one-time charge, or whether the medication is included. The Peptide Consultation is also $99, and that fee goes toward a peptide program if you start one. Single peptide injections run from $25 to $45.
Memberships are aesthetic, not weight loss. Core is $80 a month plus a $200 activation fee, and Luxe is $263.40 a month plus a $658 setup fee. Cancellations or changes made with less than two business days' notice carry a $100 charge. NSI does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the GLP-1 prescription and whether you will see that provider at your consultation, since NSI does not name one for that service. Ask whether the $650.00 is monthly or one time, and whether it covers the medication. Ask which GLP-1 medication you would receive and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Treatment depends on "appropriate laboratory testing," so ask which labs are required, what they cost, and whether they are billed separately.
Ask what follow-up visits cost and how to cancel a program. Its estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, so ask how shipping works for medication. Ask whether telehealth is available, since NSI does not say, and what its hours are, since none are published.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay consultation for medical weight loss or peptide therapy in Nashville, and you will ask who prescribes, what the price covers and what labs cost before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a clinic that bills insurance, which NSI does not address, or if you are looking for hormone therapy, which it does not list.
