About Sneed MediSpa
What is Sneed MediSpa?
Sneed MediSpa is a medical spa at 1655 International Drive, Suite 203, Memphis, TN 38120. Most of what it does is aesthetic work: injectables, fillers, lasers and skin tightening, body contouring, facials and esthetician services. Its wellness menu adds IV therapy and vitamin injections. Four of its offerings fall within what this directory covers: prescription weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and anti-aging and longevity peptides.
The weight loss program operates as a division of the medispa under the name Sneed Weight Loss Clinic. Its injections use the GLP-1 medicines semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its peptide list includes sermorelin, BPC-157, MOTS-c, NAD+, tesamorelin and PT-141, among others. Hormone therapy is bioidentical hormone replacement, and customized plans can include estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
It describes itself as physician-owned. Dr. Kathryn Sneed is the one person named as a prescriber, and her credentials are not published. It has a 4.9 rating on Google from 807 reviews.
What does it cost?
The initial medical evaluation or office visit is $49. The program is cash pay only, and insurance is not accepted. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted where eligible.
GLP-1 medication is priced by weekly dose. In its own words: "Medication pricing is structured by weekly dose." Semaglutide runs $45 for 0.25 mg, $60 for 0.5 mg, $75 for 1.0 mg, $90 for 1.7 mg and $105 for 2.4 mg a week. Tirzepatide runs $55 for 2.5 mg, $75 for 5.0 mg and $90 for 7.5 mg a week. These injections are labeled as compounded. Enrolling for four weeks earns a half-off fifth week. Sermorelin is listed at starting at $249 a month. It promises to match and beat local licensed GLP-1 pricing by 10% with documented pricing.
It does not say whether medication is included in the GLP-1 price. It does not publish a full monthly total for weight loss, and its weekly and monthly prices are not explained against each other.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who will prescribe for you and whether Dr. Sneed will see you in person before your first injection. Ask whether the weekly price includes the medicine, and what a higher dose costs each week. Because the injections are labeled compounded, ask which pharmacy makes them and what that means for your supply.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether either is required. Ask whether any visits can be done by telehealth, which is not explained. Ask which shipping area applies to you, since the clinic lists both nationwide shipping for qualifying patients and shipping within Tennessee. Ask how to cancel, and whether the four-week enrollment is a commitment. No hours are published, so call 901-236-7722 to confirm them.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay clinic in Memphis that operates mainly as a medical spa, and you are willing to ask about the prescriber, the compounded medicine and the full monthly cost before you pay. If you need posted hours, telehealth or a published monthly price first, call before booking.
