Testosterone injections are listed at $25 for a 15-minute visit. A separate New Testosterone visit is $97 for 45 minutes. It does not say what either visit includes. Botox is $11 per unit, and Evolve X is $500 for 1 hour 30 minutes.

What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription, and whether you will see that same physician at each follow-up. No prescriber is named, so get the name before you pay for a visit.
Ask whether the $97 first visit includes any medication, or whether injections are billed separately. Then ask what a typical month costs once medication, $65 follow-ups and any lab work are added up.
Ask whether the GLP1 injections and peptides are brand-name products or compounded. If they are compounded, ask which pharmacy fills them.
Ask what the $25 testosterone visit includes, and whether the $97 testosterone visit covers the medication. Ask whether InBody Analysis is part of the program price, whether follow-ups can be done by telehealth, and whether the clinic accepts your insurance.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person weight loss visits in Lexington, can keep a follow-up every four weeks, and are comfortable getting written medication pricing before you book.
