About Grace Wellness
What is Grace Wellness?
Grace Wellness is a family primary care practice at 107 Imperial Blvd, Ste 5, Hendersonville, TN 37075. It is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Friday through Sunday. Its prescribers are Jami Cornett, FNP-BC, who is the owner, and Deishia Warren, FNP-BC. Both are Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners. Primary care is the main work, with acute care for conditions such as colds, sore throats and urinary tract infections, plus physicals and preventative care.
The practice also offers hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, IV hydration and wellness services. On hormones, it says: "That's why we offer customized HRT plans, designed to meet the specific needs of each of our patients." The clinic lists treatment for menopause, andropause, hypogonadism (low testosterone), adrenal fatigue and thyroid disorders. Its weight loss program, PCT Shape Up, names two medications, Phentermine slow release and Topiramate. Its Google listing shows a 4.8 rating from 85 reviews.
What does it cost?
The initial weight loss consultation costs $100 and includes labs. PCT Shape Up is $200 a month. The clinic does not say whether that price includes the medication. Single treatments are priced separately: Lipo injections are $25 each, B12 injections are $10 each, and a BLean IV is $120.
The clinic accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, Cigna (excluding Cigna Healthsprings), Ambetter, Multiplan and Medicare. It also has self-pay options. It recommends calling your insurer or the office to confirm the clinic is in your network, since plans change. It does not publish membership terms or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for PCT Shape Up. The clinic does not name a prescriber for its weight loss program, so confirm which of the two nurse practitioners will handle it.
Ask whether the $200 monthly fee covers Phentermine slow release and Topiramate, or whether the medication is billed on top of it. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work the program requires, and what those cost after the first consultation. Ask whether any visits can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask how to cancel, how much notice is required, and whether there is a minimum number of months.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near Hendersonville, can get to an office visit during weekday daytime hours, and want primary care together with cash-pay weight loss or hormone care in one place. If you need weekend or evening appointments, or video visits, get those confirmed before you book.
