About Advanced Care + Medspa

What is Advanced Care + Medspa?

Advanced Care + Medspa is mainly a medspa, with primary care and ongoing medical care alongside it. It is at 139 Maple Row Boulevard, Suite 100, Hendersonville, TN 37075, and the phone number is (615) 447-3981. Kalie Faulkner, FNP, founded the practice in 2023 and is the only prescriber the clinic names. Its medical services are primary care, hormone replacement, weight management, IV hydration, NAD therapy and vitamin injections. Weight management includes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Telehealth is offered, and peptide therapy is not listed. The practice has a 5 rating on Google from 43 reviews.

In its own words: "Advanced Care + Medspa uses a membership approach that emphasizes a personal relationship between provider and patient."

What does it cost?

Primary care works on a membership with a $99 one-time registration fee. After that, ages 0 to 17 pay $30 a month, ages 18 to 64 and 65 and up pay $75 a month, and college students pay $60 a month with a student ID. A family plan is $250 a month for two adults and three children, plus $25 a month for each additional child. Members get a full lab panel, several in-office items, and 15% off IV hydration bags.

Non-members pay $75 for an adult acute or urgent care visit, $50 for a child, and $50 for telehealth. A sports physical is $45, a work physical is $75, and a well women's yearly visit is $120, which does not include lab work. IV hydration can be bought on its own for $100 a month for one bag, with the first bag at $99 when you sign up. That plan requires a 6-month contract and does not require a primary care membership.

The clinic does not publish prices for weight management or hormone replacement. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it does not state a consultation fee. It says it accepts most medical insurance plans but does not name them.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription and how often you would see Kalie Faulkner, in person or by telehealth. Ask whether a weight management price includes the compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, and what the visits and labs cost each month. Ask which pharmacy fills the compounded drugs and whether a brand-name version is an option. For hormone replacement, the clinic describes testosterone replacement, so ask whether that is the only hormone therapy offered and what it costs. Ask which insurance plans are accepted and whether weight or hormone visits are billed to insurance. Ask which states telehealth covers, what the consultation fee is, and what the hours are, since none are listed. Ask for the refund rules on the registration fee and the IV contract, and how cancellation works.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want primary care on a monthly membership, with medspa services in the same Hendersonville office, and you are willing to confirm weight management and hormone prices by phone before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need the full cost of a weight or hormone program in writing before your first visit.
