What is The Longevity Club + Clinic?
The Longevity Club + Clinic is a functional medicine and longevity clinic at 329 S. Royal Oaks Blvd, Suite 103, in Franklin, Tennessee. Dr. Josh Axe, DNM, DC, CNS, founded and leads it, and he lists 20+ years in practice. It serves Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Care usually starts with bloodwork of up to 115 markers, read against optimal ranges, followed by a personalized nutrition and herbal plan and therapies chosen from those results. The therapy list is long: hyperbaric oxygen, ozone, IV therapy, red light, PEMF, Emsella, peptides, stem cells, exosomes and more. The medications it names are BPC-157, thymosin and Niagen IV.

The first step is a free discovery call. After that comes a $250 consult, with $100 credited to your labs. Panels start at $495 and include a 45-minute lab review and a written plan. No membership is required. Care is HSA and FSA eligible. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for any medication, and whether that is Ragan Spinks, Bryson Siemon or Dr. Axe. Ask whether a panel, program or monthly price includes the medication, and whether the GLP-1 medications, hormones and peptides are brand-name or compounded.
Ask what the 4-month programs and ongoing care cost, and how cancellation works. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost, and whether the $100 credit applies to a $495 panel. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, since it does not say, and whether any part of your care can be billed to insurance. For the therapies on the list, ask the price per session. Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want bloodwork and a written plan before any treatment, you can pay cash or use an HSA or FSA, and you can get to Franklin on a weekday between 8am and 5pm. If you need insurance billing, telehealth, or a clear answer on who prescribes GLP-1 or hormone medication, get those answers before you book.
