What is Abundant Health Clinic PLLC?
Abundant Health Clinic PLLC is a direct primary care and family medicine practice at 2145 Old Ashland City Road in Clarksville, Tennessee. Dr. Travis Shivers leads the team as medical director. The membership page also mentions other licensed medical providers but does not name them. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the office number is 931-346-1092.
Its services are direct primary care for all ages, family medicine, a wellness service, and weight-loss care. The weight-loss care is one part of a primary care practice, not the whole clinic. In its own words, it offers "access to deeply-discounted compounded GLP-1 medications for our members," alongside exercise planning and nutrition guidance. It names no specific drugs. It also says a new location is coming soon, but gives no address for it.
What does it cost?
Starting July 1, 2026, memberships are $115 a month for an individual adult, $200 a month for a married couple, $249 a month for a family with one or two children, and $299 a month for a family of up to seven. The membership covers primary care from Dr. Shivers and other licensed providers, extended visits, direct messaging with your provider, in-house procedures, and near-wholesale pricing on labs.
It does not say whether GLP-1 medication is included in any membership price. It does not publish a weight-loss program price, a consultation fee, or cancellation terms. It says memberships can be paid from a Health Savings Account for people in qualifying high-deductible plans, and that its pricing stays within the limits of $150 a month for individuals and $300 a month for families.
A July metabolic reset package is planned, with primary care, GLP-1 access at its usual discounted rates, body scans, and a scale to take home. No price is published for it. In its own words: "Complete Primary Care without the obstacles of insurance."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and if not, what it costs and which pharmacy compounds it. Ask which provider writes GLP-1 prescriptions and what credentials that person holds, since the pages name only Dr. Shivers and do not print letters after his name.
Ask what a consultation, follow-up visit, and lab work cost beyond the membership, and what the weight-loss program costs. Ask whether it bills any insurance plan. Ask how cancellation works, including notice and any commitment period.
Ask whether virtual visits are available now or only once the July package starts, and where you must be located to use them. Ask which address is current, since a map listing shows a different street address.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want primary care on a flat monthly membership and are interested in a compounded GLP-1 program run alongside it. It also suits you if you are willing to get prices and terms in writing before you pay. If you need the medication cost or the prescriber's credentials before you book, get those answers first, and worth calling only after that.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
