What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials that person holds. Ask whether any monthly or program price includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost during an Episode of Care, and what the full total is before you start.
Ask how you cancel and whether any fees apply. Ask whether telehealth is available, since that is not listed. If you plan to bring outside lab results, ask how they will be used, because outside results do not automatically replace its own testing. Finally, ask how the clinic coordinates with your primary care provider, since the clinic does not replace primary care.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already have a primary care provider, can pay cash for a $199 consultation followed by a plan whose cost is known only after review, and can book a Monday through Wednesday visit by phone. It may not suit you if you need the full price of a program before the first visit, because none is published.
