About Longitude Life
What is Longitude Life?
Longitude Life is a physician-led, cash-pay clinic at 101 West Park Drive, Suite 100, in Brentwood, Tennessee, just south of Nashville. Its main focus is hormone and metabolic care. Its listed services are diagnostics, clinical DNA testing, hormone therapy for men and for women, weight management, stem cells and exosomes, peptide therapy, IV therapy, regenerative therapies, and a longevity program called Life Extension.
The medications named are semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and testosterone cypionate. Weight management starts with semaglutide or tirzepatide, begun at the lowest dose and increased over weeks based on tolerance and response. Three people are listed as prescribers: Dr. Brandon Miller, D.O., the chief medical officer and a board-certified anesthesiologist; Katie Keinath, APRN, a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner; and Rebecca Crocker, BSN, RN. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available. Google lists the clinic at 5 stars from 11 reviews.
This listing is for its Brentwood office at 101 Westpark Dr Ste 100.
What does it cost?
The Precision Protocol starts at $499 a month, and that price includes a $200 monthly medication credit. The Strength Protocol, a training add-on, is $300 a month. The Peptide Club is $249 every 6 months and includes labs, a medical evaluation, protocol design, injection training and ongoing monitoring. It is not confirmed whether the Peptide Club price covers a single service or requires membership.
Insurance is not accepted, and the clinic describes that as deliberate. Memberships are HSA and FSA eligible. In its own words: "You see exactly what everything costs before you commit."
It does not publish a consultation fee, a separate price for GLP-1 therapy, whether medication is covered beyond the $200 credit, or its membership cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and how often you will see that person, since three people are listed as prescribers. Ask whether the $200 credit covers the medication you would start on, and what you pay once the credit runs out. Ask whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, since compounded semaglutide is available. If testosterone is part of your plan, ask whether it would be an injection or a compounded cream.
Ask what follow-up visits, InBody scans and lab rounds cost after the first month. Ask whether retatrutide is something you could be prescribed now, since it is described as a future option. If peptides are your goal, ask whether the Peptide Club covers one service or requires membership. Also ask whether telehealth visits are offered, what a consultation costs, and how to cancel, including any notice period.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash for ongoing hormone or weight care, want lab work and prescribing under one team, and can get the membership terms in writing before you sign. If you need telehealth, a single low-cost visit, or a published consultation fee, ask about those first, since none of them are confirmed.
