About A&M IV Co.

What is A&M IV Co.?

A&M IV Co. is mainly a mobile IV therapy service. A Nurse Practitioner visits homes, hotels and rental addresses across Middle Tennessee, and adults 18 and older book drips online and pay per visit. Its weight loss program is a separate service, run from one office at 214 Overlook Circle STE 200, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Weight loss consultations are private and by appointment only, led by a licensed Nurse Practitioner with the credentials MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-C. Her name is not given. The first visit is in person, and after that follow-ups are monthly telehealth with the same Nurse Practitioner, with office visits available whenever you prefer. Telehealth is for Tennessee residents. No specific weight loss medication is named, and hormone and peptide therapy are not among the services. Google shows a 5.0 rating from 35 reviews. Office hours are not published, but messages get a reply Mon-Sun, 8am to 8pm CT.

What does it cost?

The first visit is free. The membership is $99 a month, starting the day your baseline labs are ordered. It is cash pay only, with no insurance billing, no contract and no prepayment, and you can cancel any month. The $99 covers the Nurse Practitioner's care: a telehealth visit each month, and an office visit whenever you prefer to meet in person.

Three costs sit outside the $99. Baseline labs are drawn at Quest and cost about $145, paid directly to the lab. Medication is not included. If your provider orders it, you pay the pharmacy, and the clinic cites third-party reference prices of around $149 a month for oral options and $299 a month for injectable options. It does not publish a price for the repeat labs due every three to four months.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask for the Nurse Practitioner's full name, since it is not given, and whether she is the one who signs any prescription. Ask which medication she would consider and whether it is brand-name or compounded. In its own words: "Your Nurse Practitioner recommends only FDA-approved medication when clinically appropriate. No compounded alternatives." Ask her to confirm that in writing before you start.

Ask what the pharmacy will charge, since that price is set by the pharmacy, and what repeat labs cost. Ask for the office hours, since none are published. If you live outside Tennessee, ask whether there is any care available to you, because telehealth is limited to Tennessee residents. Ask how cancellation works for labs you have already had drawn.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in Tennessee, want one Nurse Practitioner for medically supervised weight loss who meets you in person at the start and by monthly telehealth after that, and can cover $99 a month plus lab and medication costs yourself. If you need insurance billing, or you are looking for hormone or peptide therapy, this is not the match.
