About Longevity Aesthetics
What is Longevity Aesthetics?
Longevity Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice at 1211 Mt. Rushmore Road, Suite A, Rapid City, SD 57701. Kristen Dirks, FNP-BC, MSN, RN is the only provider, and she performs every consultation and treatment herself. She has provided medical aesthetics since 2017.
Most of the menu is aesthetic work: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Letybo, dermal filler, Radiesse, BioGel PRF with microneedling, Aerolase Neo laser, laser hair removal and skincare. Medical weight management and peptide therapy is one of five service lines. Its weight program starts with labs and a consultation. In its own words: "Then we build a plan around prescription injectable medication combined with lifestyle guidance." Neither the weight medication nor any peptide is named.
It is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and on the second Friday and one Saturday a month, 10am to 4pm. The phone number is 605-381-1955. It holds a Google rating of 5 from 120 reviews.
What does it cost?
New patients pay a $75 consultation fee, which is credited toward the first treatment the same day or within 30 days. Aesthetic treatments have starting prices: BioGel PRF with microneedling from $1,100, and Aerolase Neo from $275.
It does not publish prices for medical weight management or peptide therapy. Those are determined after consultation and assessment. It does not say whether any price includes medication, whether insurance is accepted, or whether HSA or financing is available. It does not publish cancellation or membership terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which weight medication and which peptides are prescribed, and whether either is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether any program price includes the medication or bills it separately. Ask what the labs cost, and what check-ins and follow-up visits cost, since the weight program depends on both.
Ask whether it takes insurance or only cash, whether it accepts HSA or financing, whether any visits are offered by telehealth, and how cancellation works.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you can get to Rapid City and want injectables, laser or skin treatment from one provider, and you want the consultation fee and first treatment prices in hand before you book. If your main interest is medical weight management or peptide therapy, call first and get the medication names and prices before you commit.
