About The Vitality Co.

What is The Vitality Co.?

The Vitality Co. is a wellness and aesthetics lounge at 753 E Main Street in Spartanburg, SC 29302. Its services are aesthetics, wellness, IV therapy, injections, labs, peptide therapy, NAD+ therapy, hormone replacement therapy and memberships. The medical side includes tirzepatide for weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and peptides such as BPC-157 and GHK-Cu.

Seiha Kim, DO, is the Medical Director. Tiffany Gregory, APRN, FNP-C, MSN, and Sybil Crain, APRN, FNP-C, MSN, are also listed as prescribers. Lauren McHugh, RN, is listed as a nurse injector. In its own words, on the hormone therapy service: "Your Nurse Practitioner will help determine the best delivery method based on your labs, symptoms, and lifestyle." Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8am to 2pm. The phone number is 864-285-4048. Google lists it as a health spa with a rating of 5 from 266 reviews.

What does it cost?

Tirzepatide for weight loss is $350 a month. Microdose tirzepatide is $250 a month. BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, AOD-9604 and GHK-Cu are each $299 a vial. It does not say whether the monthly tirzepatide fee includes the medication.

Memberships run from $60 a month for the Basic plan to $275 a month for Platinum, which includes unlimited core services. The core services are whole body cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, a 30-minute zero gravity float bed session and infrared sauna. Memberships are HSA/FSA eligible and renew monthly, drawn from the card on file, with no contracts or fees. Cancelling requires four days' notice before the renewal date. It does not publish a price for hormone replacement therapy or a consultation fee. It does not say whether visits are billed to insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription, and whether Seiha Kim, DO, sees you or a nurse practitioner does. Ask whether the $350 tirzepatide fee includes the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost. Labs are done in-house, but no prices are published for them.

For peptides, ask how many vials a course takes, what the full course costs, and who decides which peptide is right for you. For hormone therapy, ask for the price before the first visit, since none is published. It does not say whether telehealth is offered, so ask that too. For memberships, confirm the four-day cancellation window before you sign up.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want tirzepatide, hormone therapy or peptides and you plan to pay out of pocket or through an HSA or FSA. It also makes sense if you are ready to ask the prescriber the questions above before you book. Call 864-285-4048 and ask for the hormone therapy and consultation prices first.
