What is Longevity Lab?
Longevity Lab is a physician-led, cash-pay clinic at 3369 Argent Blvd Ste 102 in Ridgeland, SC. It offers medical weight loss using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, peptide therapy, body contouring, 3D body scanning and diagnostics, and functional wellness. Hormone optimization (BHRT) and IV therapy are marked Coming Soon, so they are not yet available.
Weight loss and peptide therapy are the two services with the most detail. The weight loss program is physician-supervised, with monthly check-ins, dose adjustments, and nutrition and lifestyle support. Peptide protocols are described as sourced from specialist providers. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, and Spanish-speaking care is available. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 5 reviews.
No individual prescriber is named. The founder, Mauricio, holds a PhD in sensory science and has over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, but he is not presented as a prescriber. In its own words: "Data Before Dollars. Science Before Sales."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. Each of its three membership tiers reads "Custom pricing, ask us." Diagnostic Entry covers a 3D body scan, a full bloodwork panel, a physician consultation and a personalized baseline report. Core Optimization covers ongoing medical weight management or hormone optimization, with monthly physician check-ins. Advanced Longevity adds GLP-1 protocols, targeted peptide therapy and quarterly biomarker re-testing.
It does not say whether medication is included in any tier, whether it accepts insurance, or what the initial consultation costs. Cancellation terms are not given. It mentions payment plans but does not describe them.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the prescribing physician is, and get that name before you pay anything. Ask whether the monthly fee includes GLP-1 medication or whether the drug is billed separately, and what it costs. Ask whether Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and whether the peptides are compounded and where they come from.
Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and re-testing cost outside the membership. Core Optimization includes hormone optimization, but BHRT is marked Coming Soon, so ask when it will be available and how that tier is priced until then. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, whether insurance is accepted, and how to cancel, including whether there is a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-supervised, cash-pay weight loss or peptide program in Ridgeland, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the full monthly cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need hormone therapy or IV therapy now, or if you need insurance billing or telehealth visits, which it does not mention.
