For the semaglutide, ask whether it is brand-name Wegovy or a compounded version, and whether the monthly fee covers the medication. Ask the same about the lipotropic injections: what they contain, whether they are compounded, and what each one costs.
Ask what the blood panels cost, and what each follow-up draw costs. Retesting is set for about 10 weeks after the first exam, then every six months. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the clinic does not say, and what its hours are, since none are listed. Ask whether it takes insurance or accepts HSA or financing. Finally, ask how you cancel a program and whether any commitment or term applies.
