About Southern Grace Aesthetics
What is Southern Grace Aesthetics?
Southern Grace Aesthetics is a medical spa at 1051 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Suite I, in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Most of its work is cosmetic: injectables, facials and chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal and biostimulatory fillers. It also runs a medically supervised weight-management program that uses two prescription medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide. If weight loss is why you are looking, that program is the part to read closely.
The clinic names three clinicians. Bethany Bradley, APRN, CRNA, MSN, is the owner. Stephanie Greene, APRN, FNP-C, MSN, and Christine Lyles, PA-C, are listed as injectors. The clinic does not say which of them prescribes the weight-loss medications. It is open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm, and closed Sunday. It serves Mount Pleasant, Charleston and surrounding Lowcountry communities. It does not offer hormone or peptide therapy, and it does not say how long it has been open or whether it offers telehealth. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 147 reviews.
In its own words: "We currently offer semaglutide and tirzepatide as part of our program for patients who are appropriate candidates."
What does it cost?
The weight-management program starts at $150 a month. The clinic does not say whether that includes the medication. The consultation is free. It does not say whether insurance is accepted. A financing and payment plans option is listed, but no terms are shown. The program runs in three-month commitments, with the option to discuss reducing or stopping medication when appropriate.
Membership is separate. The Southern Grace Society has a Silver level at $99 a month and a Gold level at $200 a month, each with a one-time activation fee of the same amount. These memberships give discounts on cosmetic treatments and skincare. They do not cover the weight program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which clinician writes the semaglutide or tirzepatide prescription, and who handles the monthly follow-up visits. Ask whether the $150 covers the medication, and if not, what the medication costs each month. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work and visits cost beyond the monthly fee. Ask what happens at the end of a three-month commitment, how you cancel early, and whether any fee applies. Ask whether follow-ups can be done by telehealth and whether insurance or an HSA can be used.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medically supervised weight program alongside cosmetic treatments in a Mount Pleasant office with Saturday hours, and you are comfortable asking about the prescriber, the medication cost and cancellation before you pay. If you need hormone or peptide therapy, or insurance billing, this clinic does not describe either, so ask first.
