About Push Med

What is Push Med?

Push Med is a medical spa at 700 Garlington Road Suite E in Greenville, SC 29615, and most of what it offers is aesthetic. Its menu includes Botox, Jeuveau, wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, plus skin treatments such as Glo2Facial, VI Peel and microneedling. It also offers NAD+ IV therapy. Two of its services fall within the areas this directory covers: medical weight loss, and hormone therapy (testosterone replacement, BHRT for women and functional medicine). Google lists it as a weight loss service, with a 4.9 rating from 212 reviews.

The medical weight loss program uses oral or injectable medications. The only medication the clinic names is semaglutide. The program includes an initial consultation, monthly weigh-ins, provider follow-ups and lab reviews. Clients who prefer no prescriptions can choose a separate natural track built on nutrition and lifestyle. Appointments can be in person, by phone or virtual. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, with Saturday by appointment only. The clinic is closed Sunday and Monday. It names Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville and Mauldin as the places its clients come from.

Push Med does not name a prescriber. Its weight loss program refers to a medical team but gives no names or credentials for anyone who writes prescriptions.

What does it cost?

Push Med does not publish prices. Nothing it publishes gives a monthly fee, a program price, or a price for injectables, IV therapy or hormone therapy. The first consultation is complimentary. Its programs are not covered by insurance, so you would pay out of pocket. In its own words: "Our programs are not covered by insurance, but we offer clear pricing and flexible options." It also notes that eligible services can be paid with HSA or FSA cards. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and no membership terms are published, though it lists a memberships and packages section. Ask for every number in writing before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription, what their credentials are, and whether they will review your history before any medication is ordered. Then ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication or whether it is billed separately. Ask whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded, and what the clinic means by its own statement: "Medications used in our Medical Weight Loss program are not FDA-approved." Ask which medications it would prescribe to you and what their FDA status is.

Next, ask what lab work costs, both at the start and at follow-up, and whether labs for hormone therapy are included. Ask how often you would be billed and what the minimum commitment is. Find out how to cancel, and whether a membership renews automatically. Insurance for hormone therapy and IV services is also not addressed, so confirm that too.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want aesthetic or IV services alongside a medical weight loss or hormone program, you are comfortable paying cash, and you can get clear answers about who prescribes and what you will pay each month before you commit. If you need a named prescriber or a published price list, call first and ask for both.
