It does not say which one applies to you, and neither figure says whether medication is included. The program is described as including a full evaluation, body composition analysis and on-site labs, and the package lists oral weight loss medications and weekly B12 injections. The consultation is free.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Prepaid packages are non-refundable. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which starting price applies to you and whether the monthly fee includes the medication. Ask whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded, and who signs the prescription. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first month, and how a monthly plan is cancelled, since prepaid packages cannot be refunded. Ask which towns mobile visits reach, because the clinic states "All of our services are currently concierge (mobile)" yet also lists its office. Ask whether insurance or an HSA can be used.
