What is REVIVE Aesthetics + Wellness?
REVIVE Aesthetics + Wellness is a medical spa at 175 Main Street in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. The weight loss program uses Ozempic (semaglutide), Mounjaro and Zepbound (both tirzepatide), given as weekly injections. Patients have blood sugar monitored and weigh in monthly, and they can choose to learn self-injection or come in for office injections. Hormone care is bioidentical hormone replacement pellet therapy, where small pellets are placed under the skin and release hormones over several months. In its own words: "Treatment requires weekly injections, however, treatment is tailored to your needs." REVIVE does not name a physician or prescriber for either program.
What does it cost?
REVIVE does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy, and it does not say whether the weight loss medication is included in any monthly fee. No prices appear for its other services either. The one cost it states is for the first visit: consultations are complimentary. It does not say whether it takes insurance, offers HSA or financing, or has membership terms with cancellation rules. Ask for a written price list before you book, covering the medication, blood work and follow-up visits.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the weight loss medication and the hormone pellets, and whether that person examines you in person. REVIVE does not say whether telehealth is offered. Ask whether the monthly fee, if there is one, includes the Ozempic, Mounjaro or Zepbound itself, or whether you buy the medication separately. Ask whether each injectable is a brand-name product or a compounded version, and where it comes from. Ask the same about the pellets, and whether they are FDA-approved. Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a medical weight loss or hormone program in one office, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the full price and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
